 Hollywood Jaycees Hall- 2010 Rental Info:All rentals are required to pay a $300.00 deposit. The Hall rental is $800.00 plus tax, $848.00. This fee is for 12 hours maximum, from setup to clean up! Anything over 12 hours will require a $25.00 an hour additional charge. The Hall rental fee ($848.00) is in addition to the $300.00 deposit. You cannot just pay the difference!!! TOTAL price is $1148.00, once everything is checked you will be given your $300 deposit back within 7 days. The new fee includes a $50 open & lock up fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled arrival time or you stay later than the time on your contract, and additional fee may be applied/ The hall is available for private parties only, you may not charge at the door! Contracts can only be written until 2 a.m. That means your party must end by 1-1:30 a.m. to give you time to stack your chairs, put your tables away and remove your trash. The facility must be vacated by 2 a.m.! If your event is other than the one stated on your contract you may risk the chance of the event being closed down and/or forfeit of your deposit. This facility has a maximum capacity of 164 persons. Also, depending on the type of rental, there may be an attendant on site to insure the proper closing procedures. If you go over your stated time on the contract, you must pay the attendant $25.00 for any extra time (up to an hour) in CASH! After the hour is up, it is up to the discretion of the attendant as to the additional charge.
If I am unable to contact you because of a changed phone number and/or address… your contract will be void! Please remember to notify me of changes! Directions to the facility: Our address is 2930 Hollywood Blvd., however if you run Mapquest on the computer, or use a GPS, it shows us on the other side of I-95, we are on the S.W. corner of I-95 and Hollywood Blvd. The Hollywood Jaycees Clubhouse is located across the street from the Tri-Rail Station. If you are exiting from I-95, head west and make the first legal u-turn. Head back towards I-95, stay in the right hand lane and right before you get to the railroad tracks turn right on Jaycee Blvd. We are located under the billboard sign!
